“Your company never ceases to amaze me! My mom was the one who first told me what a great job you do. So when we first needed out carpets cleaned I called you to come out and give me a bid. Initially the price was more than I had wanted to pay, but I decided to give you a try and boy am I glad that I did! Our carpets have never looked better! Not only did you get all of the stains out (I have 3 children under 2) but unlike other cleaning companies, they have never come back!
However, my great experience did not end there. At the time when Lori came out to give me my cleaning bid I was 9 months pregnant. During our conversation she had asked when I was due and what I was having. I didn’t really think much of it until a few weeks later when I received a darling gift basket for our new baby from Healthy Homes Carpet Care. WOW! I a day and age where it’s hard to even get service from most companies Healthy Homes Carpet Care came shining through with incredible customer service!
There was no question who to call when paint got spilled on our playroom carpet a few months later – Healthy Homes Carpet Care. When I called to schedule the cleaning Lori not only knew who I was but she asked about my girls as well! When I got off the phone I again told my husband how impressed I was. A few days later Russ came out and not only got out all of the bright pink paint but he also cleaned our hallway for Free AND cleaned somegrease spotsoff our driveway that he noticed. I just couldn’t believe it!!
